So you've read my "the best things" post...
This is like that, but more awkward, for me. Haha a lot of times since everything has learning curve in life we and by "we" I mean I have created some super "stretching?" situations for myself!
I'm gonna keep this one pretty short and only do one story ;) enjoooy.
Puppies!

Let's start with the classic, it was a perfectly warm sunny day almost fall weather, I was supposed to photograph a batch of newly fluffed little puppies, adorable right? The session was about 2 hours away, which really would be irealevant if I remembered to check my bag for my camera battery, yuuuup.
It was still on the charger, vibin' at home.
Dear reader please understand that at this point in my session (which was only an hour btw) I was only 25 minutes in... I did have a battery in my camera body but it was fast approaching death, much like my sanity!
You may wonder if I somehow got my husband to bring the battery? Nope, too far and too late. miraculously found another battery in my camera bag? Also no.
One of the most important things to me is honestly, so yes VERY sheepishly and tail tucked I communicated my mistake!
I offered to reschedule for free and I could send the first half of the session to them tomorrow morning.
Then they had an slightly more creative idea...
"Could you do it with your phone?"
So that was the solution! I'll never trash on anyone who has less-then-professional tools to do photography because my first lil Fuji-Film camera while being loyal till the end was hot trash compared to what I use today, but I made it work!
And anyone who wants to make it work will find a way! So thats exactly what I did! And I sent them to my client asap!
Never again to leave my home without triple checking my camera bag but endlessly grateful for patient and sweet clients!
Thankfully,

None of these photos are from the story, just cute!
Here's one of the photos from that session!
